Shipping Policy

Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
The shipping time you see at checkout does not include this processing time, and only refers to the time in which the mail carrier will deliver your order once it has been processed.  Note that there may be delays in shipping time caused by mail carriers.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For orders only containing stickers: We offer $0.60 flat rate shipping to the United states and $1.50 to Canada. This is untracked letter mail.  At your discretion, you may instead choose a calculated shipping rate for this type of order.
Calculated Shipping Rates: 
For all other orders including non-sticker items, or if chosen for sticker orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore.  If you're in a different country, please reach out and we can see if we're able to ship there or look into an alternative. 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Due to VAT laws, we cannot ship to the UK or countries in the European Union.  Please shop via our Etsy store instead.

 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to me within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
