Who makes your products?

My prints and vinyl stickers are printed in-house by myself. Certain specialty products such as holographic stickers, keychains, and others use third-party manufacturers. They are sent to my location so I can pack and fulfill them.

Apparel and other products listed as "made to order" in the description are printed and fulfilled in the manufacturer's warehouse, so I'm not able to be hands-on with made-to-order items.

What does "made to order" mean?

If you see a "Made to Order" symbol on a product page, your product will be made to order. While some products are ordered or made in bulk and kept in-house ready to ship, made-to-order items are produced as the order is placed. So when you make an order, my manufacturer gets a notification and gets to work producing your order right away. Since these items are not premade, they may take a little longer to reach you, so please be patient. Made-to-order items also reduce environmental impact, since excess products are not made in bulk. Thank you for making environmentally conscious purchasing decisions!

Are your products stored around common allergens?

My ready-to-ship items like keychains and pins are stored in a house with a cat, though I try my best to keep the products stored separately such as in a closet or bins.

My made-to-order products such as apparel are made in a factory free from animals and smoke and are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

How long does it take to receive my items?

I do my best to ship out items as fast as I can, usually within 1-3 business days. Made-to-Order items may take a little longer. Once the item is shipped, it may take up to a week for domestic (US) orders to reach you. International orders may take longer.
Once an order leaves my warehouse and is on its way to you, it's in the hands of the USPS. If you received a tracking number with your order, you can refer to that for a more specific estimate. If it's been more than 30 days since you ordered and you think your item may have been lost in the mail, please reach out.

Can I track my order?

Sticker orders are shipped with letter mail and do not receive a tracking number. Prints and larger items (or stickers that ship with larger orders) will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please reach out with your order number if you did not receive a tracking number on a non-letter-mail order. You can also log in to your account to view and track your orders.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and also made-to-order items, those items are arriving from two different locations and must ship separately. In this case, you will receive two or more packages, so if you only receive part of your order, please be on the lookout for the other part of it soon!

Can I return or exchange my order?

If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to me within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

Why can't I order from the UK or EU?

Due to issues applying for VAT, I can only take UK and EU orders via my Etsy shop. If there are any listings here that you don't see over there, let me know and I'll list them as soon as I can!

Are your products and packaging eco-friendly?

I do my best to make sure I'm using sustainable packaging such as cardboard mailers and recyclable or compostable bags. I do have some overstock plastic sleeves that I will be using before switching over to compostable bags for larger items. I also order in small quantities, so I don't create excess waste.

Made-to-order items help prevent excess waste, since garments are not made until they are ordered.
